Explore Seaton Wetlands and see how many wooden snowmen can you find hiding around the nature reserve.
The snowman challenge is self-guided. Pick up a leaflet from the Lookout and explore the whole site!
Complete the challenge by finding all of the snowmen for your chance to win a wooden snowman for your garden!
The challenge is suitable for all age children. Most of the wetlands is pushchair/ wheelchair friendly. Some short sections may require you to leave pushchairs/ wheelchairs on the main path.

Take the plunge or just enjoy Lyme Regis New Year’s Day Swim from the beach!
13.00 hours at the Cobb Beach, all for charity.
Everyone welcome, whether ‘dipping’ or contributing to the charity collection.
Fancy dress optional, wet suits allowed, preferably with fancy dress over the top, just a paddle in the sea is enough to say you’ve ‘done the Lyme Lunge’ for charity. Whether watching or lunging don’t forget to arrive early.
If you would like to raise funds for the chosen Rotary charity, The Lyme Lunge 2020 is in aid of Dorchester Hospital Chemo Unit. Use the downloadable sponsor form, (link to where sponsors can sign up to Gift Aid if they wish).
If you have your own charity which you wish to raise funds for then please go ahead.
If you just want a swim, feel free to join us, there is no obligation.
1pm from the Sandy Beach (time to watch the Duck Race First). Hot soup for all swimmers, courtesy of The Harbour Inn, Lyme Regis.

The grounds of Killerton House are extensive and great for a good walk.
Entry charges apply if you are not National Trust members. It’s one of the last Christmas Events after Christmas itself – there also lights and illuminated gardens at Kingston Lacy and Knightshayes.
